EVENT HEADSHOT PRICING

STEP 1- Choose your Coverage

Headshot stations are reserved on a half day (up to 4 hours) or Full Day (4 hour up to 8 Hour) basis. Depending upon the schedule of your event and the number of headshots you need taken, decide on the coverage you will need. Each headshot station can accommodate approximately 30 people per hour

HEADSHOT STATION $2,000/$4,000

Half Day (up to 4 hours or Full Day (4 to up to 8 hours). The headshot station includes: All files renamed to the person's name for easy identification, all images hi-res, standard commercial usage license, a lead list of all people photographed, and their contact info in either an Excel or CVS format. Headshots can be delivered as one complete gallery or to each person in individual private galleries depending upon your needs. Individual model releases of those photographed will also be provided.

ADDITIONAL HEADSHOT STATION $1700/$3400

If the number of headshots you need taken or the schedule of your event requires more that a single headshot station can cover, adding an additional headshot station will make sure everyone has their headshot taken in the time allowed.

STEP 2- CHOOSE YOUR EXTRAS

The base price of the headshot booth will cover the basics of what you will need, but you may enhance the experience of your attendees and perhaps have the day run even more smoothly with some logical add-on's. From hair and make up to instant delivery, these will impress your attendees and leave a lasting positive impression on your prospects and clients alike!

BASIC RETOUCHING OF ALL HEADSHOTS $500/$900

Improve the experience by providing basic retouching of teeth whitening, wrinkle reduction and blemish removal on all delivered images.

ENHANCED RETOUCHING $19/image

For those who want to add extra retouching for those photographed, each delivered imaged will be hand retouched and includes corrections beyond basic retouching such as eye glass glare, stray hair removal, wrinkle and lint removal and background replacement.

ON SITE IMAGE SELECTION $500/900

Our staff helps each participant select their favorite image right after being photographed. In this way, everyone has an image that they love delivered right to them in individual galleries as well as delivered to the company. These images can also be retouched for an additional fee.

HAIR AND MAKE-UP $550/$950

To be sure everyone looks their best, we can provide a hair and make-up station, so that everyone will have the option of a touchup before going in front of the camera. This will help eliminate stray hair and reduce facial shine. What a wonderful value this adds to attendees to help them feel confident and at ease.

CUSTOM SCHEDULING $195

For those special VIP's, we offer a custom calendar so that they can schedule their headshot to avoid waiting in line.
